Amazing Race
Objective:
Will be to collect & buy items and information - Money for items to be purchased will be given and they can not purchase items for more. They
will need certain items to complete the next stop and items will differ for
each group - Fastest time and completion of items wins.
Timing
The participants will only have a certain amount of time to complete
each objective if after this time - which will be on their card - their
transport will leave without them - the time differs in most stops it is 15
minutes, but at the Market we combine a few stops at one time so it will
be the combined time of approximately 40 minutes. Transport however
will only be at one pace, except for the cycling and on foot where the
participants are in control of the transportation.
Cards and Identification
Each group will be identified by a numbered sticker from 1 - 13 and they
will receive an envelope / card at each stop by the coordinators with
their corresponding number.
The participants will need
A camera,
Hat,
Sunscreen,
Note book and pen,
Watch
We will supply all items and 13 coordinators
The participants/Group will have a red envelope in case they wish to quit
Central Bali and Tree Tops
The drive up the mountain to the Village of Bedugul, is cool and scenic, the road winds
around steep cliffs covered in ferns. Renown for is vegetables and flowers, which thrive in
the regions fertile soil, the village stands 1300 meters above sea level and has a chilling
climate unlike the coastal areas of Bali. The focus point of this mountain resort is the
crater lake of Gunung Catur a picturesque site with boats bobbing along the lakes
edge. We take a speed boat across the lake to the reknown temple - a postcard and
